In the area of assay development, we value a mix of experience and active skills (illustrated by recently completed Ph.D. work, for example) in DNA biochemistry, DNA chemistry, oligonucleotide hybridization, oligonucleotide ligation, DNA amplification and other DNA modification enzymes.

In the area of instrument development, we value commercial experience in optics, fluidics, robotics, and a variety of nanotechnologies.

In the area of software development, we require commercial experience in distributed architectures, DNA sequencing and assembly algorithms, and bioinformatics.
